Fkn nice. Did you take a break? Or it took you 2 full years to get from 2.5 to 3?
2 years from 2.5 to 3 sound about right
@MacOsXpirate damn thats awesome. You get certified? Goin for 3.5??
@@generalcornelius1880 i wasnt consitent enough to attemp to certified

This is not a deep set, this is a mash monster set, which is even better. Good job!
Эт+ параллель,а не глубокий дипсет.
Amazing bro!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Nice close. Definitely harder left handed.
Very strong close with that. 2.5. Nice. Smashing that like button🔥🥊🥊
Good training bro 💪
alright guys so where do you put your sheets during the inspection?
For the inspection we just hide them until somebody takes them
This is awesome 🤩 the raw power man I can't imagine closing my 3 that easily in a wide set but it will happen someday 🙌🏽 congratulations and good luck with future closes bro
I am currently using the CoC T and I am struggling to close it. I have on rare occasion closed it once in each hand but I am struggling to close it easily. What other ways can I train my grip do that it will make closing the T easier?
closing gripper hardly transfer to other type of grip strength vise versa, having easier to close gripper is your best bet, but otherwise gripping a towel (hang for time or pull-up) is close enough to have some gain carying over gripper type of strength
Bonjour Mr Maurice je suis camerounais soudeur comment faire pour intégrer votre usine au Canada

Great lift! What's the difficulty level on these compared to other plates you've tried?
sadly this is the only deep dish plate i had the chance to try, the closest feat i tried was a shallow 25
Daaamn, the grip strength that must take. Great job bro.
love it <3
Weigh of plate bro
Nice bro
You a robot man
Currently getting inspiration and trying to close my coc 3 ! Awesome work, i know how hard you trained to get there! Must feel nice to finally close the 3. Closing the 3 is an awesome gripper milestone!!! Definitely a huge benchmark in any gripplers grip career. Any tips that helped you transition from the 2.5 to 3?? Also i just realized i recognize you from reddit so whats up😆😆
working with rated gripper help alot, i would get them rated or at least use Canon Powerwork chart to know what you're working with. you need IMO 3 grippers a warm up, a working set and a goal one. i'll say basic training path 3-5 rep for strength, 8-12 pump and hypertrophy, 12-20 endurance? if you already lifting weight you get the idea some people like to train gripper by doing negative, personally not a fan negative training for grippers the idea of cranking a spring shut in your hand seem like asking for injury Injury, take your time tendon take longer than muscle for recover, if you feel discomfort or pain take a break from grippers, hot and cold water bath seem to work (at least for me) to help speed up recovery time for hand and forearm
Good close man!! How long have you been doing grippers for?
took me about a year of grip workout twice a month for a year to go from an avg. GHP 7 to cleanly close a low CoC#3
@@MacOsXpirate Those grippers are no joke! I'm able to close the 2.5, but the 3 is such a big jump. I've been doing grippers twice a week, might cut back a little see if that helps any.
@@El_Los yeah, to a certain extent doing too much work will burn you out and you won't progress (overtraining) on the other hand too few work, won't chanllenge you enough to grow strong. everyone is different but grip training required a good rest for sure, you dont see powerlifter/weightlifter try to max out every week. there a reason why ;)
@@MacOsXpirate No definitely, sometimes you want to keep maxing out to hit that next gripper but it doesnt work that way. Appreciate the reply. Stay well
Really strong. Good work my friend
Strong
Have you tried cert on CoC 3?
Not yet
Beast! I just recently got the ghp6 to bridge between the coc2 and coc3 I think il close it in a month or two but not CCS that's insane.
Comment ta fait pour avoir l'émission ?

Good stuff man, just don't forget to take advantage of that left turn spring, leftie will thank you. Keep up the good gripping
